Important: CloneVoice.ai provides AI audio tools that may process voice samples and other audio inputs. In some jurisdictions, voice data may be considered sensitive and/or biometric information. Please read this Policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including when you visit the site, register an account, purchase a product, subscribe to a newsletter, contact support, submit a form, or otherwise interact with the Services. This may include:

1.2 Audio, Voice Samples, and Related Content

Depending on your use of the Services, you may upload or record audio, voice samples, scripts, prompts, or other content. We may process such content to provide features such as voice cloning, text-to-speech, dubbing, voice conversion, and related outputs.

Voice and audio data may be considered sensitive data and/or biometric information under certain laws. By using the Services and uploading such data, you authorize us to process it as described in this Privacy Policy.

When you interact with the Services, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

4. AI Training and Model Improvement

By default, we process your audio and other content to provide the Services and generate outputs. We will not use your User Content to train or improve our general AI models unless you explicitly opt-in or provide it for a specific purpose (for example, creating a custom voice model for your use).

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery, customer support tools, payment processing). These parties are authorized to process information only as necessary to provide services to us and are required to maintain appropriate safeguards.

5.2 Legal, Safety, and Enforcement

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (i) comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (ii) protect the rights, property, or safety of CloneVoice.ai, our users, or others; (iii) investigate or prevent fraud, security, or technical issues; or (iv) enforce our Terms and policies.

5.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of company assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

5.4 Aggregated / De-Identified Data

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for analytics, reporting, and lawful business purposes.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their own policies.

By purchasing or using our apps, you expressly consent to receiving electronic communications from us, including commercial electronic messages as defined under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

You may unsubscribe from marketing or promotional emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in those emails or by contacting support@clonevoice.ai. Unsubscribe requests will be processed promptly and in accordance with applicable law. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect essential transactional or service-related communications (such as receipts, password resets, security alerts, and support responses).

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and how it is used.

Audio and voice data may be stored for limited periods to provide features you request, to maintain account functionality, and to prevent abuse. We may also retain certain logs and records in an aggregated or de-identified form.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of certain personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing in some jurisdictions.

11. International Data Transfers

12. Google / YouTube Data Usage (If Applicable)

If you choose to connect your Google/YouTube account or use features that publish content to YouTube at your request, the Services may authenticate via Google/YouTube and store access tokens necessary to perform the actions you request. We do not share these tokens with unrelated third parties, and you can revoke access at any time within your Google account security settings.

13. Children and Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 without a parent or guardian’s consent where required. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
